    I remember drinking a whiskey from the Isle of Man once, it was clear which surprised the hell out of me (mind you that's not Wales anyway.) There's a pretty good one coming out of Bavaria (Munich) now but quite steep and a place near me is just bottling their 12 year old which I will pop along and sample any day now.
