Hobson's choice, replacing sub-continent "whizzkids" with institutionalized deadbeat one-dimensional BT "engineers". On the upside, they will probably understand your query. On the downside, most of them will be a cross between Victor Meldrew and Mr Bean with no more notion of what constitutes good Customer Relations than the average Rottweiler.

Did this get commented on yesterday. Presumably BT are going to retrain all their benchies in the resource pool as call centre operatives.Tags: None
