    No, it's an inspired name. Obviously the founders sussed the double meaning as soon as they thought of the name, and realised it would be a talking point - Anything to get a web site noticed ...

    If you arrive at an Experts Exchange page via a search engine result then you can see the unobscured answers towards the bottom of the page.

    If your query is with regard to a coding/development issue then Stack Overflow is worth a look. I think there may also be a sister site(s) for sysadmin issues.
