No, it's an inspired name. Obviously the founders sussed the double meaning as soon as they thought of the name, and realised it would be a talking point - Anything to get a web site noticed ...

expertsexchange has to be one of the worst names for a website
Notice how highlight the X so that you read it as expertseXchange and not ExpertSexChange.com
EDIT : I should have looked at the rest of the posts before paosting that!
