My wife is 5'1" and our son was 10lb 12oz. Took her a year to recover, as he went through the normal channels. But it didn't put her off, and the other two sprogs were normal in size.

She was delivered via the sun roof rather than through the (ahem) normal channel. I'll never forget the first time I saw my daughter, this pair of feet sticking out of my then-wifes abdomen.
