    It's on the market for £360K but it was a complete dump with overflowing bins left outside.

    The inside was a bit eighties. The guy still had a Falklands War wall chart and there were half eaten pot noodles and tissues everywhere. It smelt really weird.

    I might offer £175,000 and raze it to the ground. I would definitely burn the curtains though, ewww!
