Would not sign any petitions by PETA even if my life depended on it.
They are psycho two faced, lying hypocrites who value human life over animals….as long as it your life not theirs

PETA members like to go around beating up people with baseball bats but think killing a fly is a crime.

Yes. Never again. It's tastes like the smell of a wet dog. Yukk.

I can't imagine, however, any process that would make dog meat palatable, never mind tastier.

Like the OP I'm no eco nut either but I remember this being highlighted by Paul McCartney a few years ago (he refused to play in China or something) & it moved me enough to subscribe to WSPA who were campaigning against this barbarism. I don't like to see any animal being mistreated but, for me, the fact that it's happening to dogs makes it even worse. The good thing is that as more and more Chinese start to keep dogs as pets, attitudes are changing & there are various animal welfare groups springing up that will hopefully put an end to these practices.

I only donate / sign petitions for humanistic causes.
Although I would prefer for animals not to suffer, they are pretty good at killing each other. And they certainly don't worry about killing each other in a humane way.
Yes we can choose if to kill animals or not, but I would prefer to concentrate my efforts on helping other humans.
