Strictly speaking, wasn't it Chico that was awarded the first custom title?

He/she/it was made permanently "Not worth listening to".

I don't remember exactly when that was though but if I was a betting man (and I am) I would put a tenner on it being before SallyAnne's.

TPDeity, Lord of Ruin, goDlike were ones that I asked Ferret to do, but I can't remember when.

TPDeity was before the Christmas 2007 bash though, because Xen and I discussed it.
