Wilmslow, you seem to attract many negative and disturbing situations around youself. The common factor is you.

The only ambiguity is if this happens consciously or not.
However, that just means you're either Jonah or a sick sadistic ****.

I do hope you go to the police about the "liking small children" thing.
Just so that the police can record and monitor the situation "for your protection".
Somehow, I don't think you will......................

It's a surprise you don't get along - you have plenty in common.

Edit: oops duplicate post. Oh well.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that an offence of "Trespass" only actually occurs when you are asked to leave land and refuse.

    Could be wrong.

"I have rights of access for maintenance to my wall and roof eaves, and they lock a gate to the side of the house and go on holiday without telling me how long away for, and leaving me with no key, and gate is small, surely I have a legal right to use the holidays I have reserved for painting the eaves, especially as there is no paint marks or any sanded paint left from scrupulous use of dust-sheets?"

Wilmslow. From the quote above, can I assume to get access to the area you needed you had to go through or over a locked gate, at which point next doors parents turned up to find you painting your eaves, in an area which to be honest you would have needed to have asked to get access to?

Yeah. I'd be pissed off if you did that and would consider it trespassing.

I did try to have a chat with her dad who was looking after house in their absence but he refused to talk to me. So, I did try!

Slander is unfortunately a civil offence rather than a criminal one. If she approaches you and you are put in fear of harm you might try reporting an assault?

If I thought he might paint my roof thingy too, then maybe I would.

I just don't understand why he has such an effect on all his neighbours. He must have done something to offend them

You may have right to access for maintenance, it doesn't mean you should enter someone's property without asking and then cover their car with paint. All done while they are on holiday. No wonder they have the hump with you. I'd be seriously p1ssed off in the same situation
