I remember that one - I worked at PHH in Manchester for a bit and the guy they took on to replace me at the end of my contract was called Masood Khan. I said to people that 'M Khan was bent' but it came accross like sour grapes!

Genius!
This is my favourite too !! The O'Reilly Men and The Hotel Inspector also immediately spring to mind.

There are so many classics from the Two Ronnies, Python, Morcambe and Wise, Not the Nine O'clock News, etc etc etc I couldn't pick one overall favourite.

It was a common theme throughout the show - they reckoned most of the country must know that M Khan was bent...Originally posted by BrowneIssue View PostThere was a piece of graffiti on a railway bridge over the North Circular Road: "M KHAN IS BENT"
That was painted circa 1970.
Two of my brothers went to Arnos School in Norf London. A damn hard school it was too.
When M Khan - a lad of about 14 - turned up in a frock & makeup, he got a good kicking.
He continued to turn up thus dressed. He continued to get a kicking.
He was given fame in that graffiti.
