    I got the same exact email from the guy a few days ago. Didn't provide any phishing info, but only filled out the absolute basics. Guess what, no phone call... what a surprise.

    They can't sue you as you are the intended recipient and they addressed youy specifically.

    Unless you are the intended addressee (or authorised to receive for the addressee) you may not use, forward, copy or disclose to anyone this email or any information contained in this email.
    Therefore naming and shaming can carry on free of worry and with their blessing.

    It was a very blatant attempt but there will be people who will still fall for it and provide the details requested.
