Its rubbish, the only jobs it ever sent me is jobs I couldn't do! Not worth trying to delete either because every time you apply to an agency that uses it they create a new one for you full of more rubbish.

And even if you delete it, the same or another arse can come along and create a new one for you. I filled mine up with crap then LOCKED it (which you can only do if it's completed) so nobody can change it.Originally posted by cojak View PostI just need to list one.
In good faith you spend over an hour going through it and putting in your latest information, then 1 day later some @rse ignores the 'updated on' date and uploads a 5 year old CV into it, thus wiping out all of your previous work.
Which means that it is frequently in accurate and out-of-date despite your best efforts.
I couldn't be bothered after that....
OK it does mean that you have a CV out there, in my case full of rubbish: but I haven't been pinged for "Master of the Universe" yet so I guess nobody's reading it.

Welcome to 2005. its bloody awfulOriginally posted by sunnysan View Postwww.iprofilecentral.com
Anybody here registered their details on this?
Looks pretty good and it has a nifty control where you can see which agency has viewed your profile when.
Looks like quite a lot of agencies in London are using it.

Never had any leads from iProfile.
Agents who supposedly use iProfile have always found me on jobserve/jobsite etc.
If anything I found iProfile a useful tool for planning CV layout, and using the export feature to get a word format version of the final article.

OK, the memories are fading now, but I think some agents used to insist that you register on it because it would shoehorn your cv into a standard format so it was easier for them to compare different candidates.
The standard format was tulipe, from memory.

You are kidding?
Isn't this something that everyone was cursing and didn't have a good word to say about three years ago or so.
I don't know whether I managed to delete my details from there or not. I don't care any more.
