Benefits Management? - I'll Google too....

I'm also interested in the potential / possibilities of ITIL v'4' - but thats 2013+

I've heard from a number of sources that the framework will be rolled out to other non-IT processes.

I'd say Oracle DBA. My mate is an Oracle DBA, he is NEVER on the bench and he earns an absolute fortune. He told me he's invoiced over £1m in the last 6 years (most of it to the same client I think).

You know a guy called Bose? He's in that line and I've seen examples of what his company does - early days but definitely something to build upon.

You might be right, but I reckon with increasing availability of good band-width, thin-clients & outsourced IT / SaaS looks like a strong contender to me.

The driver behind green IT will depend on harsher regulation which I would think unlikely to be imposed within 2 years.

Desire for cost reduction is here now, and outsourcing IT allows major reduction in office space and local IT staffing in exchange for a predictable and scaleable ongoing cost. I'd do it if I was running a major concern with significant in-house IT function.

    2011 readiness consulting.

Can you be absolutely sure none of the systems in your company use 1/1/11 as a rollover date? Might you be storing up apocalyptic chaos? Is the 'millennium-and-eleven' bug going to bite your ass and bite it hard?

Let thunderCorp give you peace of mind for only £2011/day.
