In undertaking this requirement the programme manager requires specialist and independent technical support in order to prepare all necessary information for successful competition and subsequent down selection of a service provider.
Activities to be Undertaken:

WP5 Provide DSDM Atern technical support to:
a)Management, progress, planning and technical meetings related to the programme

d)Liaison with other defence organisations, including the preparation of IBAs where applicable
WP6 Baseline and document the existing equipment, information and service provision
WP7 Support the development of an Invitation To Tender
WP8 Support the development of a scoring mechanism
Part B (Option) Post ITT issue technical support
WP9 Support the technical scoring and assessment of ITT responses
WP10 Develop a Government Furnished Equipment and Information list
WP11 Maintain and Issue GFE/GFI to the selected contractor
