Perhaps when they launch to Mars they should consider starting everyone off at level 1, would only take about 2yrs to get to end of game raiding level/experience. Mind you, I think the lag spikes from space and back would probably annoy them during stuff like WG and 25 man stuff.

I just envisaged an idea where they lock them up for 3 months, and sever all contact with them, including no cctv footage or anything.

Then opening up the doors after the 3 months are up.

And noticing that it's very, very quiet.

As the outside team step in, they notice that all the fixtures and fittings are in perfect working order. All the furniture is perfectly arranged. A little too perfectly.

As they make their way through the hab, they notice no sign of anyone.

They call out, and receive no reply.

They finally arrive at the bathroom, where they can hear running water, and the sound of someone singing with much gusto.

    They tap on the door.

A voice replies "We'll be out in a moment."

    The running water stops.

They hear the sound of footsteps getting out of the shower.

    A few minutes pass.

    Then the door opens.

It's the Russian, Sergei, standing there drying himself.

He seems to have put on a lot of weight in 3 months.

Then they notice that he's not using a towel.

    More like a skin.

Just like the other 4 hanging on coat hangers in the shower....

It could work if the guys sharing the room have a fight before they get in, to get the pecking order details sorted out, i.e. who is right when there are disputes.

Why not just save all the money and take the results of the people in Gitmo Bay, they've already done this experiment.

What would you be prepared to do for money? For $6,500 (£4,500) a month, to be precise?

How about the following: locking yourself inside a small metal container for three months without any communication with the outside world, with electronic monitors attached to various parts of your body and with frozen baby food and cereal bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

To add to the fun you'll have five companions who will do everything possible to stop you trying to escape before the three months are up.

Meanwhile, from a control room outside, a team of scientists will monitor your every move checking for any signs that you are starting to crack up.

And banish all hope of finding solace through alcohol or tobacco. Both are strictly forbidden.

Isn't that the Labour party manifesto?

    Boom boom!

If the 5 companions were all Carmen Electra lookalikes, I'd be in.

What about books? Can you read? I'd do it, just to catch up on my sleep!
