Cardiff loses a legend

Anyone from Cardiff here? Or anyone who ever went out in the city?

You would have seen the old fella who tries to shake everyones hand. He's passed on apparently. He was a harmless old bugger and you were guaranteed to see him round Caroline St of an evening.
