If they stopped shopping there recently, that implies it has deteriorated, not that it was no good to begin with. In fact, cheap supermarkets are doing quite well in general right now.

And anyway, Iceland ain't bad. Good biscuit selection, and while their ready meals ain't up to much some of the party food type stuff is alright... I'm a big fan of their duck spring rolls.

I know some people that use it because of her. I've only ever been in there once... couldn't find anything decent to buy, except a few frozen veggie burgers.
