Pity it didnt, and take him with it. Would have been the most interesting thing to ever happen on BB.

He should have taken the down out of a quilt and hit it with sparks from the flint; that would probably work.Originally posted by minestrone View PostThink he tried to use an empty lighter's flint on it, he thought it would burst into flames. Doughball.

IMHO Brasso is best taken mopped up with white bread to make a Brasso butty. Rocket fuel.

That could be one of EO's mental challenges. You have a gate and a kebab. How do you get stuck in the gate?Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostSounds like the Darwin principle at work as always.

Just how desperate/stupid/unlucky to you have to be to die while stuck in a gate ?

Very desperate I would think.
The latter stages of the alcoholic illness are pretty tragic. Some move on to Nightnurse, aftershave all sorts of things that have alcohol in them. I've even heard of Brasso being doctored in prison to make it drinkable. It's call 'white lady' apparently. Over the stages of the condition the individual deteriorates mentally, physically and spiritually. Eventually the unacceptable becomes acceptable to them.
There are all sorts of crazy behaviours brought on by the influence of drugs, both legal and illegal. The stories of the misery are endless.
