Gosh, funny co-incidences time. I was just watching how criminal enterprises basically saved and improved the business environment in that part of the world by pumping several billion dollars into the local economy.

When the FBI decided to put a stop to it all they ended up wiping out several banks, numerous constructions projects, and lots of clubs and high end car dealerships.

So this is what they get up to down there now.
