Able are a US company scrapping a French ship. They are exploiting a workforce in a economicaly depressed area. It should have been sent back to the country of origin.

A French aircraft carrier, which was too toxic to break up in India, is on its way to be scrapped on Teesside.

Obviously this offshoring stuff is rather selective. All credit to India for refusing it. Happily there is a run-down poor country available that can't afford to say no, and doesn't believe in hampering business flexibility with excessive concern for workers
