Obviously this offshoring stuff is rather selective. All credit to India for refusing it. Happily there is a run-down poor country available that can't afford to say no, and doesn't believe in hampering business flexibility with excessive concern for workers
I wonder if a load of EU contractors will get the job on Teeside?
I've heard they are paying about £8/hour for working in cramped conditions inside the ship. Also remember that all the toxic crap that comes out of the ship will be stored in this country.
