Ok, my BIG thanks will go the person who will first suggest a way to identify some tw@t-of-an-applications that overridden Ctrl-H and this stops Replace option being used in all editors I have, FFS!!!!!

I just use :0,$ s/aaa/bbb/g to replace. Works every time.
