    Having a medium sized off-road capable motorbike to hand is the best for initial escape.

    I can shoot, process, butcher etc - and do.
    First thing I'd do is get as far away from Civilization as possible -
    too many dead bodies lying around which will cause too many health issues.
    and run to the hills, near a good water source, with the contents of my gun cabinet and knife rack.
