Buying a second hand bicycle
My ex-Halfords child's bicycle is good fun to ride - the combination of my 6'2" frame and its small frame means my centre of gravity is over the front handle bars when braking or going down-hill. This is great for an adrenaline rush when you need to brake, but I am also interested in getting a bicycle that is more adult sized that has thinner tyres and possibly has drop handle bars so that I can go really fast in safety. I don't want to pay more than about £50 or so though, so it must be a second-hand bike and not any old rubbish. What make of bike should I look out for in the local rag?Tags: None
