Well they would have done, but the price has had to be adjusted downwards due to the damage, and they are still working it out!

It might not happen often but it might be a good idea to wait until the end of investigation to draw the kind of conclusions that you just did. When police shot that brazilian I was also quick and wrong in judging the situation.

How can you be sure to say that about a few people who were in the car? One could have been hostage or just being in the wrong place, pregnant wife of a criminal for example who tried to get away in the car and killed them all.
