    I remember a couple of teenagers killed themselves by hitting a lamppost with their stolen car, as they tried to escape the police, back in the early 90s on tyneside. Car caught fire.

    It might not happen often but it might be a good idea to wait until the end of investigation to draw the kind of conclusions that you just did. When police shot that brazilian I was also quick and wrong in judging the situation.
