The most embarrassing part was the 'adult motivators'. 30 something year olds leaping about like children's TV presenters on speed. Although one woman did have quite a reasonable arse

Loud, energetic music and lots of little kiddies on a stage jumping for Jesus. I have to admit, the spectators appeared to be really in to it.
Just like Chico really.

Thanks for the warning. This will certainly increase the revenues of blockbuster and DVD rental shops.

I keep seeing this Alpha Course advertised on every church I pass now. Methodist, vanilla CofE etc. I thought initialy it was just something put out by the church of raving cranks and loonies.
If our average Mrs Daft old churchgoer is interested there must be more to it than I thought. How much does it cost CL? (surely it shold be free?) I could do with a laugh and I don't have anything better to do in the week.

Been to the cinema lately?
Just got this in my inbox from the good people at Alpha...
As you may know, Alpha UK has just launched a cinema advertising campaign as part of the annual invitation to attend an Alpha course. The advertisement will be seen by an estimated 2.4 million people over the coming fortnight. We thought you might be interested to read some of the wonderful press coverage:
