Remember a couple of years ago when a secret file detailing David Blunkett's planned movements was found on a park bench or somewhere?

I always suspected it might have been an inside job, by a disgruntled copper, and that now seems slightly more likely in the light of Sir John Stevens' revelations about how much he and his colleagues loathed and distrusted Blunkett.
