I enjoy the end result and what the program can do for the users.

I have never understood those who see technology as an entity in itself. I see it as a means to an end.

A lot of people will be turning to trading in the years to come to make a living.

Up and down the country you will hear the cry "3 for a fiver" or the like.

    WHS.
70% is boring. Just writing the basic algorithm that it all hangs on in just plain old slog.
The other 30% is frustration and torture. Headscratching figuring it out.
But it is the problem solving that I love and finding an elegant solution is what drives me.
When it all works.............. well............... if you never experienced it I cant describe it.
I do get a huge rush when I see certain aircraft fly by and know there is a piece of me in there.

The important thing to remember is that if you are going to go rogue and take the bank down several billion dollars, avoid the mistakes of the previous guys and make sure you stick at least a few mil in a bank account in Belize for yourself...

Oh, and probably a good idea to slip away to non-extradition land *before* the losses come to light...

Trading is interesting but stressful, the rewards can be high.

Remember you have compliance and middle office checking your every move.

If you win then you get your good bonus if you lose its a long walk down shame avenue with no scope for starting afresh in the same sector.

It's probably a good time to be getting into it. If you mess up in the early days, you can put it down to general chaos.

I've been at it a long time and do enjoy it. It's always worth considering change and different options though.

Yeah, go for it. However, it can be very boring some times.
