In your place, I would certainly carefully consider the use of a suitably scientific term for certain aspects of human female physiology, possibly also leaning towards presenting such terms using a smaller rather than a larger font size, and perhaps even preferring a nice faint grey over the standard black text in order to minimise the risk of anybody seeing it
