Hilarious. Tories never hypocrites. Bears never defecate in woods.
Did I say that ? The point I was making is that most of New Lie are hypocrites. There have been some New Lie characters masquerading as Tories, and fortunately most left the party to join New Lie(Shaun Woodward etc).
I have a lot of respect for Tony Benn because he stands for the real Labour party and has extreme and loopy views, but at least he sticks to his guns and is very entertaining.
Most of New Lie are hypocrites, whereas everybody knows what the Tories stand for even if they don't like them. They were pretending to be Tories to get elected and even stuck to the Tory budget for the first two years but fortunately after 11 long years the brainwashed public that voted for high taxation, waste, inefficiency and mass immigration etc have at last seen reality and the cost to the country.

I've stuck with this board for some years now. Sometimes it's not easy.
BTW the first person to try that excusew as Norman Fowler when he left Thatcher's cabinet. It was widely supposed to have been a euphemistic description for being offered a sword to fall on, but later diary entries revealed it to be true: he really did want to spend more time with his family.
Some people do. Indeed, perhaps these are just the kind of people we want in government?
Well shes certainly enough of a hypocrite for high office. Sends her kid to private school iirc

Another contendor for the top job - and IMO the best candidate, not bad looking for a commie. I think maybe Kelly & Palin would be good, they could solve disagreements with a cat-fight, then kiss and make-up, maybe get a bit carried away, you know.......hmmmmm........igmc

Given that they'll lose the next general election, I guess she's cut her losses and left now, rather than wait, to spend even more time with her kids while they're younger...
