    She has no excuse to be complaining about this - it's a league game, not a friendly knockabout. You play to win.

    Not that I win often - but I'd be pretty annoyed if I knew my opponent was showing pity for me by slacking off - how am I going to improve otherwise?

    Asking for you to hit the ball towards her so she can play is just ridiculous.
