Hot oven for 20 mins per 500g. And that's overcooked by some standards:

1 épaule de chevreuil de 1,500 Kg
Mettre à cuire au four à 180° (th6) pendant 40 à 45 mn en retournant à mis cuisson.
Homard breton rôti au four
4 homards de 500 g
cuire dans le four à 200° pendant 10 mn.
