My theory is that murders of husbands in their sleep by their wives will increase dramatically over the forseeable future.
Wilmslow will be pleased to know that one of the examples of where the law will allow you to be tried for manslaughter instead of murder is after prolongued provocation by a nuisance neighbour.
Also, according to yesterday's news, it will now be ok for a wife to murder her husband and only be done for manslaughter if she can show that she was suffering abuse.
So all she has to do is tell a few friends that she is suffering abuse and then kill him in his sleep a few months later and she will inherit all his worldly goods and suffer a minimal suspended sentence!! Yet another well thought out change to the law by New Lie !!
My theory is that murders of husbands in their sleep by their wives will increase dramatically over the forseeable future.
