However, the best policy is not to confront your neighbours but, if possible, to discuss problems without ruining your relationship. Yes. Oh, and MF too. Although MF has to get the money in quick as it is never long before he tells someone senior they don't know what they are talking about and ends up getting the boot.

If you hadn't gone permy you could have afforded one with an upstairs as well.
