Reminds me of the guy who queued for a PS3 on launch day in the US, then took it straight out of the box and destroyed it in front of everyone else queuing up to get theirs.

Well these guys didn't hang about

Not sure what is sadder though, flying from California to New Zealand to be first in line to get a new iPhone on release or doing that and then taking the bugger apart afterwards!
