As I've got older I find I'm much more productive mentally in the morning so I do all the whizzy coding in the morning and surf the web all afternoon.

It's because you're not pushing yourself. Trust me, I'm an expert at not pushing myself.

You know you can do it all in a couple of hours so you don't bother starting till the clock is ticking.

I expect it will all go tits up at some stage though.
