It hurts...The Dutchies are in town along with all the other partner towns. So it was a load of beer drunk out of boots followed by going over to the Polish stand and drinking Vodka at 1€ a shot. Then into the Carree where a rock and roll band were playing and more beer, but not much more as the tasty birds serving were crap at serving. Onto the Marktplatz to watch a laser light show with fireworks and some decent music. The bar there had 12 different types of Absinthe of which I had to try at least 8. Got the bus home.
Back to the Dutch and other Euro people in Luisenplatz today, mainly to get some spicy Hungarian sausage and weird Polish chocolate (the English twin town, Chesterfield are not very notable by their absence.) then off to the cockitail bar to watch footie.
Sunday: off to the local to watch Poland beat Germany (well it does have 2 very fit Polish barmaids and lots of old German men, who would you support?)
Monday: might go to work or just fire up the VPN and sleep.

Friday : Chinese Takeaway, missus, beer, wine and movie (Clerks 2)
Saturday : Friend's wedding reception. The bride's family are all staunch religious types, and the groom's friends are all goths. Should be an interesting reception.
Sunday : Afternoon : Medieval fayre and real ale tent / DDO in the evening
