Well, 4 weeks but with a few clauses in it like if I don't work for x days they can terminate contract etc... but that's just standard practice.
I'm sure mine is something like not working for 20 days...not turning up for a month is pretty much a months notice if you ask me..albeit slightly less polite!
What I mean is, is it legal under contract law?
For exampe, to say to someone you are not allowed to leave us. What if you had personal reasons or just didn't want to work there anymore?
