Smoking is harmless, as long as you leave a long stub and have good ventilation like an open window. (I've changed from Silk Cut Purples to Silk Cut Blues, which are milder.)

Just cranking the invoicing machine up a notch.

Wouldn't normally bother as time off is so precious but we are supposedly in the critical phase of the project. You wouldn't think it though as everyone is having breakfast.

Another day, another dollar and all that.

It's a slightly overcast 12 deg here on the mainland and the permies are all scrambling for the free cakes by the coffee machines. Not much of an incentive to give up your weekend but some people are easily pleased.
