Called the premium rate number – told that they run a credit check at point of placing order and I get a credit account, which is NOT what I wanted and not made clear.

Location of the person I got through to?? India.

I am now boycotting Next online.

Or, lack of!

Just made an online order, all from the front end – did not need to go to my email address or anything like that.

At checkout – they did not take my card details, the screen states that the shoes will be delivered on Wednesday.

Anyone used Next and can advise?
