actually, i've never been busier. two jobs on the go at different ends of europe. sounds great (is great) but one is officially ending soon and may not renew. the other is bits and pieces really. add to that my specialism is reaching the end of its natural life. i need to grab some experience in the replacement. bit like jumping from one moving train onto another. the timing has to be perfect or

The Business Objects market is depressed as well at the moment, more supply than demand unfortunately, been on the bench a while now and am skint! So I'm looking at diversifying into other BI tools, anyone else done this?

Oh my god, a fellow Donny boy!Originally posted by threaded View PostDon't knock paper rounds! When I were a lad, I did nearly all the rounds for this shop up in Edlington (all other kids being well too frightened, especially on the money collection day, to do it). It paid well enough to go to gliding twice a week with up to 1 hour in a Falke T61A on a Thursday afternoon, and a tug up in a Boecian on a Saturday morning and a few winch launches.
The day I told the chap who owned the shop I had to finish 'cause I was moving away, he cried.

The demand for a paper round hasn't really been affected by the credit crunch then?Originally posted by threaded View PostI've got so fed up with agents this last week or so I've switched my phone off.
And I've not used an agent for many years, so they're all working off a well out of date CV.
