Up4It has a problem with not being in control. He fears authority figures, yet desperately wants to be one. He portrays the exact personality type that the security services avoid at all costs.
Up4it wants to mete out 'justice' (i.e. express physical violence) without taking moral responsibilities for his actions.
Although HRH was belligerent, I'm not sure he was a psycho.
Could be some kind of Uber-Trolling going on, but probably not.
