    Having reviewed the definitions of what the Revenue classes an MSC, and consultation with a number of tax and legal advisors, we have been classified as an Umbrella PAYE solution which falls outside the category. We can provide a Single Owner Limited company if that is a prefered method of payment. Either way, we are not affected by the changes that took place from April 2007.
