		Eskimos (PC=Inuit) eat (ate) meat and fat almost exclusively. They didn't have weight, constipation or any other dietary problems.
So, if you're going for a meat only diet, make sure you also eat fat. One experiment showed that without the fat, dietary problems did occur.
Have tried Atkins, I was amazed at a) how quickly I lost weight, and b) how much I craved potatoes and bread.
