1 Its the agents job to lie to the contractor about how good the job is and the rate
2 Its the agents job to lie to the client about the market and about how good the contractor is

3 Its the clients job to lie to the agent about budgets and who else has been sending in CVs
4 Its the clients job to lie to the contractor about how good the role is and the facilities and the company

5 Its the contractors job to lie to the agent about how long on the bench and about other roles applied for, experience and rate expectations
6 Its the contractors job to lie to the client about working in big teams/working in small teams, travel and other expectations

You seem to go to the trouble of hitting the shift key for the words "I" and "Deaf", but not for any other words (e.g. "im" meaning "I'm").

I'm not trying to be snarky (my father has had to learn to live with deafness, and my own hearing is appalling) but it might be as well if you pay as much attention to capitalising the rest of your sentences (and, where appropriate, words), as sloppiness in writing suggests sloppiness of mind, no matter what sensory difficulties one may be burdened with.

I have a blind friend who never fails to use capitals appropriately in his emails, even though he can't see them.

EDIT: and yes, you're right about people treating you as if you're stupid because you have to ask them to repeat something - it never seems to occur to them that their diction may, in fact, be dreadful, which is why you couldn't understand them in the first place

right boyos here goes, up until now I have decided to inflate my CV with extra responsibilities, titles and timelines. now the reason bieng is that Ive always wanted a IT management position with real ownership and direction. most of my CV is true I DONT fake the qualifications e.g prince 2 I got all the qualifications I need .

Second reason
I am deaf/hard of hearing with execellent communication skills speaking and on a managment capability.

I am finding that HR and managers seem to be doubtful of a deaf person or hard of hearing being capable of the demands of the job....bulltulip they dont want a disabled person sitting on a managment job. mind you i dont seem one bit disabled. thats for feckin sure. but i do when it comes to asking to repeating what someone said. Deaf poeple are the most discriminated people on the planet - no jokin boyos.
but anyways i am finding myself having to lie in order to get this managment position becuase i know for a FACT im good at it - with a passion.

just get me into a managment interview panel and ill give my kudos.

lol thats my rant. just wanting to ask you guys out there whats the best and smartest way to get a proper managment job once in i wouldnt lie anymore cos i would have the job i want.

the jobs im the best at is implentation project managers with a hell of a lot of techie experience and project man.

the thing is comming accross my mind is some HR dudes are employing managers who are complete dunces but suits them.

doesnt anyone want a person who is actually capable of doing the job 200 percent???????

Interesting from this program all you can learn is if you lie be consistent.

He lied fine until he got the job - which is easy as you've only got one (or two at the most) people to fool.

Once you've got a whole office to lie to it's another story altogether.

If you're good enough, you can get away with it - providing you are willing to put in some extra time learning what you need to learn before someone realizes that you know nothing.

I once had a stalker follow me to two consecutive contracts I had in the same region, and she was a permie. Wouldn't have minded if she was a stunner, but no such luck. Hence the disguise.

I was working at company 1 with this guy who was totally useless at what he did that I ended up covering for him more often than not.
He left there to go to company 2 about a week before I started work at company 2 also.
He lasted 2 weeks before company 2 sussed him out and he got the boot!
