    Try this: my mum had a burst pipe at the weekend. Contacted her insurers (Saga) on Saturday and they said the system does not allow access to policy details at weekends so they couldn't tell her whether she was covered or not and could she please call back on Monday.

    Of course, there is also the classic one, the Companies House website, which is only available Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 00:00.

    OK, which one of you lot is responsible for the systems at nPower? Just tried to call them and they say all of there systems are down and they can’t access my account details. They have been advised that it wont be until tomorrow afternoon before they are back.
