Get a bank based in the same country as your address. You remind me of my mate who moves from Dublin to London and kept moaning that there were hardly any branches of the Bank of Ireland.

If you are getting letters addressed to SCH Tzenweg and this is not your address, surely your beef is with the Post Office for sending you letters not addressed to you.My street is Schützenweg. My bank, First Direct, seems unable to handle this - we get letters addressed to SCH Tzenweg.

My street is Schützenweg. My bank, First Direct, seems unable to handle this - we get letters addressed to SCH Tzenweg.
And what should I tell FD, in order to get our address corrected?
