    A couple of weeks back I discovered that the CD which came with one of my books was shattered. So I e-mailed McGraw Hill and they said they would replace it. Today I receive a large package in the mail. They didn't just replace the CD, they replaced the entire book!

    Sounds like a good way to scam free books..hmmm
