Good point but what's the cost of living there?
Seriously - I have a few mates in Africa and their salaries converted straight to £ are ridiculously low - but the cost of living is too, so it roughly equates.

One of the major factors with T5 though was the environment. They actually manufactured a lot of the materials on site rather than transport them etc...

I did a tour there while working for BAA and it was very impressive.....

There was an article about it on CNN last night.

Twice the size of LHR T5 and built in four years at half the cost.
