Ah thanks you lot (especially Lucy).
I dont put the sig on for congratulations and stuff though, it's just to keep me going.
I'm just doing the usual healthy food and exercise thing - dont really want to mong on about it.

You lot are so insensitive. Several fast food outlets in the North East have gone bust since Sally Anne went on that diet. Whole families are out on the street. Even KFC have had to cut their dividend

Weight loss is easy - amputation. It literally drops off you. The plus side is that with the simple removal of both arms you can no longer push those 17 bits of cake into your mouth - bonus!
I now weigh what I did when I was nine although I no loger have arms of legs. I have the physique of a sand bag
